Blackberry Sunset
(Spring-Summer)
• 1 ½ oz Seneca Drums Gin
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• 1 oz Lemon juice (1 whole lemon squeezed)
• 6 Blackberries
• Egg white (optional)
Combine Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, blackberries. Shake egg white for 10 seconds with ingredients (without ice) to get a nice foam, then add ice into a shaker. Shake for 20 seconds. Double strain cocktail into chilled coupe or over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with blackberries.

(Summer)
• 2 oz McKenzie Straight Bourbon
• ¾ oz Liber & Co. Fiery ginger syrup
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 5-8 Mint leaves
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
Lake Escape
(Year Round)
• 1 oz Wild Berry Vintner’s Vodka
• 1 oz Cherry Liqueur
• Top with Cranberry juice
Combine ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with berries and a lime.
New York Sour
(Fall)
• 2 oz McKenzie Straight Rye
• ¾ oz Simple syrup
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 Egg white (optional)
• 1 oz FLX dry red wine
Add all ingredients except wine into a shaker, shake for 10 seconds without ice. Add ice into shaker and shake for an additional 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Float the red wine on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
Walnut Cherry Manhattan
(Winter)
• 1 ½ oz McKenzie Straight Rye
• 1 oz Cherry liqueur
• ½ oz Simple syrup
• 4 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters
• Luxardo Cherry
Add all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve straight up, or into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
WGI Sidecar
(Summer)
• 1 ½ oz Brandy
• ½ oz Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial
• ¾ oz Lemon juice
• ¼ oz FLD Cherry Liqueur
Add all ingredients to shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
FLD Bloody Mary
(Year Round)
• 1 ½ oz Macs Vodka
• 4 oz Longbranch Bloody Mary Mix
• 2 Dashes Fee Brothers Celery Bitters
• Bacon Rim Salt
Combine Macs Vodka, Bloody Mary Mix, and Celery Bitters and stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a salt rim over clean ice and garnish with a lemon.
Screaming Viking
(Year Round)
• 2 oz McKenzie Straight Rye
• 1 oz Liber & Co. Blood Orange Cordial
• ¼ oz Liber & Co. Almond Orgeat
• 1 oz Lime Juice
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime.
