Welcome to Finger Lakes Distilling

We are excited to invite you back to FLD for the 2020 season! We’re obviously operating in a different world than we were last year at this time, so this is what you can expect during your visit. Our re-opening date is Friday, 6/19/20 and we will be open everyday, thereafter, from 11-5.
If you choose to do a tasting inside the distillery, a mask must be worn to enter and may only be removed while you are seated for your tasting experience. Since we are now operating at a reduced capacity, inside tastings will be limited to a first come, first serve basis. Space is designated for tastings to accommodate for social distancing between groups.
Most of our tasting areas are designed for groups of 6 people or less. We will be accepting reservations, on the hour, for groups up to 10. We highly encourage you to reserve in advance if you want to be certain that we can accommodate your group.
If it is too busy and you don’t want to wait, we are excited to offer distillery guests outdoor seating with table service this season. Here you can enjoy a variety of tasting flights, cocktails and a selection of light food items (and an incredible view!). No reservation needed. Tables are limited to 6 per party. Please wear a face covering when not seated at your table.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our goal is to continue to provide an excellent customer experience while also making the health of our visitors and employees our highest priority.

Hand Sanitizer:

We’re proud of our efforts to help our local healthcare providers by shifting some of our production to hand sanitizer during the early days of the pandemic. Our distillers really stepped up during that time to meet a large need in the community, as we donated a significant amount to local hospitals and other first responders. We acknowledge that these products are gradually becoming more available, but we continue to make sanitizer for the local community. Our sanitizer is made in accordance with WHO/FDA guidelines and is produced from corn grown in the Finger Lakes, which helps our local farms. It’s available through the online store (for pickup) and will also be available through our retail shop during regular business hours.

Take a look around our site and check out our products. We’re looking forward to seeing you at the distillery soon.
