BOTTLED IN BOND BOURBON

In accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is aged at least 4 years, and is bottled at 50% ABV. The resulting whiskey is broad-shouldered, displaying incredible balance and breadth from its robust nose through its long finish.

McKENZIE SMALL BATCH BOURBON

Produced annually in limited quantities, McKenzie Small Batch Bourbon draws its inspiration from the full McKenzie line of fine whiskeys. Celebrating the bountiful grain harvests of the Finger Lakes region, a 4-grain mash bill, all locally grown, lends itself to a uniquely balanced and refined regional spirit. The expected vanilla, caramel, and oak come forward with a defined sweetness, balanced by a touch of McKenzie signature spice.

McKENZIE STRAIGHT RYE

McKenzie Rye, made from New York-grown grain, is bursting with nougat, dark chocolate and dried red fruit. Finishing the whiskey in local sherry barrels balances the spiciness of the rye and recognizes the Finger Lakes region’s wine making heritage.

Our Bottled-in-Bond designated Empire Rye celebrates New York-grown rye and highlights the spiciness expected from the historically significant grain. In accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, it is bottled at 50% ABV.

Seneca Drums Gin

An expressive dry gin distilled from our own local grape spirit and a signature blend of 11 botanicals. With a lower distillation proof it retains more of its botanical flavors. Three-time winner of the best New York Craft Spirit Award.

Vintner’s Vodka

Vintner’s Vodka: Our grape based vodka is smooth and silky, retaining a distinctively light but lush character. It starts with local Catawba wine, which lends excellent structure and complex fruit notes.

Vintner’s Wild Berry: Local strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are soaked in Vintner’s Vodka before a third distillation refines the taste and balance.

McKenzie Grape Brandy

APPLE Brandy

Made from a blend of apples grown in New York State—mostly table varieties that bring forth the ripe fruit flavors in the distillate. The cider is fermented in open-top fermenters and distilled on Finger Lakes Distilling’s continuous column still and thumper before aging in McKenzie Bourbon barrels.

Grape Brandy

Made in the European style, this brandy is distilled from a blend of vinifera and native grapes, all grown in the Finger Lakes. Patiently aged in McKenzie Bourbon barrels, this brandy has a gentle balance of fruit and oak with a long finish.

Pear Brandy

Pear Brandy

Hand crafted in small batches using traditional methods, our pear brandy connects old-world and new-world styles. We hand pick select Bartlett pears from the Finger Lakes region and ferment them whole. Distilled in our Pot Still, the “Eau de Vie” style spirit retains rich pear character.

Riesling Grappa

Our grappa is made from highly aromatic Finger Lakes grapes. Considered a pomace-style spirit, grapes are crushed and fermented including seeds, skins, and juice. It is then distilled to concentrate flavors indicative of the region.

Maplejack Liqueur

Apple brandy made from New York State apples is aged in McKenzie Bourbon barrels and delicately sweetened with New York State maple syrup.

Cassis, Cherry & Raspberry Liqueur

Fresh regional black currants, raspberries and cherries lend their respective expressions when soaked in a neutral spirit, pressed, and naturally sweetened with cane sugar.

MAC’S AMERICAN BLENDED WHISKEY

Mac’s American Blended Whiskey has been crafted for effortless and economical cocktailing. Mac’s far exceeds the minimum 20% straight whiskey requirement for blended American Whiskeys. Mac’s is composed of 75% straight McKenzie whiskey and is distilled entirely at Finger Lakes Distilling from New York State-grown grains.

MAC’S VODKA

Distilled from 100% locally sourced, naturally gluten-free, New York State-grown corn. Mac’s vodka is wholly fermented and distilled on-site at Finger Lakes Distilling with no additives introduced. Our vodka reflects the bountiful harvests of the region and crisp waters of Seneca Lake, the deepest, glacially formed freshwater lake within New York State.
