Ingredients

• 2 oz McKenzie Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz Ginger Liqueur
• .75 oz Aperol
• 1 Dash Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash Ground Cloves
• 2 Dashes Plum Bitters
• Orange Peel

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients (but orange peel) in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange peel.
