Vintner’s Rosemary Martini Recipe

- 2.5 oz Seneca Drums Gin (or Vintner's Vodka)
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- Lemon Peel
- To make Rosemary Simple Syrup: Boil 2 cups of water. Add 1 cup of sugar and some fresh rosemary sprigs. Boil until sugar is completely dissolved (approximately 5 minutes). Allow to cool, and remove rosemary sprigs. Can store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for future cocktails.
- Combine all ingredients except lemon peel in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
