Poached Pear Recipe

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Pear Brandy
• .5 oz Ginger Liqueur
• .5 oz Allspice Dram
• .5 oz Lemon Juice
• Thin Pear Slice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin pear slice if desired.
