Pear Sidecar Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 oz Pear Brandy
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash Salt
• Orange Peel

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients and shake over ice. Pour into martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
