Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Seneca Drums Gin (or Vintner's Vodka)
- .5 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Lemon Juice (Best with Meyer Lemons)
- 2 Dashes Lavender Bitters
- Lemon Twist
- Lavender Sprig
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist and sprig of lavender flowers.
