- 3 oz Finger Lakes Distilling Grappa
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 2 to 3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine all ingredients but bitters. Shake vigorously for a minute. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Sprinkle bitters onto foam.
