Our 12th Annual Cassoulet Cook Off will take place on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 in Willamsburg, Brooklyn! Join us for this all-inclusive event where you can sample 10 styles of cassoulet plus craft beer, spirits, cider and more!
Cassoulet is the ultimate winter dish – French traditions meet New England baked beans, Texas BBQ brisket burnt ends and beans, California vegetarian beans casserole, and many other chef driven styles.
