Bundle up and step into a winter wonderland of over 25,000 pounds of ice meticulously carved into breathtaking ice sculptures, martini ice luges, and the coolest bars in town! Each year Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel hosts winter’s hottest party – our signature ICE Bar – to benefit a local charity.

Bringing much needed merriment to winter’s longest stretch, ICE Bar promises thrills and chills as our magnificent grounds are transformed into adult playgrounds punctuated by roaring fire pits. Inside, the fun continues as partygoers revel in great music, their favorite cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres. The evening ends with a blaze of color as fireworks streak across the sky. It’s an amazing and unforgettable night, which is why tickets always sell out quickly.
