Cucumber Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 oz Seneca Drums Gin
• 1 oz St. Germain
• .5 oz Lime Juice
• .25 Cups Chopped Cucumber
• 1 Pinch Salt
• Cucumber

Instructions

1. Muddle cucumber and lime juice in rocks glass.
   
2. Add ice, salt, St. Germain and gin. Shake in shaker. Pour into rocks glass. Top with splash of club soda and garnish with a cucumber wheel.
