Corned Collins Recipe

- 2 oz Glen Thunder Corn Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Super-fine Sugar
- 3 oz Club Soda
- Lemon Twist
- Rub the twist along the rim of a Collins glass. Put one end of the twist in the bottom of the glass and fill 1/3 of the way with ice, spinning the twist so it stays in the center of the glass. Repeat until the glass is filled with ice.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the Collins glass. Top with soda.
