Bourbon Bloom Recipe

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz McKenzie Bourbon Whiskey
• .5 oz St. Germain
• .5 oz Lemon Juice
• .25 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• Lemon Bloom

Instructions

1. Place martini glass in freezer (rim with sugar if desired).
   
2. Carefully peel a lemon, keeping it all in one piece. Twist the lemon peel into a flower shape. Place in the bottom of the martini glass and put back in the freezer.
   
3. In a shaker, combine remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into the chilled martini glass with the lemon bloom.
