    1. Muddle basil leaves in a rocks glass.
    2. In a shaker add gin, St. Germaine, and lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed). Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass with muddled basil leaves.
    3. If desired, place a large ice cube to keep chilled. For a sweeter cocktail increase St. Germaine to 1 oz.
