- 3 oz Seneca Drums Gin
- .75 to 1 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 to 6 Leaves Purple Basil
Instructions
- Muddle basil leaves in a rocks glass.
- In a shaker add gin, St. Germaine, and lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed). Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass with muddled basil leaves.
- If desired, place a large ice cube to keep chilled. For a sweeter cocktail increase St. Germaine to 1 oz.
